Wood Glue Powder is formulated from powdered cheek aldehyde resin, reinforcing agent and curing agent. Usage

Use cold water for mixing, by volume ratio, 3 parts of powder with 1 part of water: by specific gravity ratio, 5 parts of powder with 3 parts of water, according to the different occasions of use can be appropriate to increase or decrease the amount of water. Measure out the powder, first add 3/5 of the total water, stir until all dissolved, then add the remaining water. Stir to use. (Used before gelation, the gelation time is generally 2-3 hours at 25℃, the length of time can be adjusted according to customer requirements).

Safety precautions:

Generally wood glue powder can be operated and used without worry, the glue has not yet cured to avoid direct contact with the skin, skin allergies should wear impermeable gloves and pay attention not to make the glue splash into the eyes.
