Synthetic aquafeed binders
(1) Hydroxy*** cellulose: this product is white fibrous or granular powder, odorless, tasteless, hygroscopic, aqueous solution is unstable to heat, and its viscosity decreases with temperature or high. The amount of feed added should not exceed 2%.
(2) Urea-formaldehyde resin: This product has good stability in a variety of cold, hot, wet and chemical corrosion and other harsh environments, and has other advantages such as low price, and is a better alternative material for pellet feed binders. The dosage of 0.5% is more appropriate.
(3) Lignin sulfonate: is an unhomogeneous ether polymer, dark brown, solid matter hygroscopic, granular feed content should not exceed 4%.
(4) In recent years, various scientific research units and colleges have developed and developed feed binders that are being popularized and applied. Such as Guangzhou Yuanye Company's high cohesion, cohesion and other binder products.
In addition, there are polyvinyl alcohol (PUA), polyacrylic acid, various starch phosphates, lignin, HJ-l, sodium sulfonate, poly*** urea, sodium caseinate and dextrin, etc., can be used as feed binders.
At the same time, according to whether the binder has a nutritional effect on farmed animals, it can be divided into two categories: nutritional and non-nutritious, the former has fish and shrimp pulp crushes, plant starch, natural minerals and some synthetic binders such as N87 type (developed by Gansu Food Science Research Institute). The latter refers to binders that have no nutritional value for animals.
